The Truth About Six Pack Abs Is:
  • If you have a terrible training/diet plan, you have no chance whatsoever to succeed. Getting ripped is 20% how you workout, 60% what you eat, and 20% genetics. Now, you can’t do much to change your genetics (aka factors you’re born with that are likely out of your control) but the bottom line is: when you feed your body what it wants, when it wants, the way it wants, it rewards you with a super-charged metabolism that will help you burn stubborn belly fat fast. When I tried to get ripped for the first time I tried just about every muscle and fat loss program known to man…and after a ton of trial and error I discovered that there are certain foods that you MUST eliminate from you diet completely or all of your efforts to get ripped will be pointless.
  • Running on a treadmill for an hour several times per week is one of THE WORST ways to burn stubborn body fat. These types of workouts can be effective SOMETIMES, but too much cardio strips valuable muscle from your body which causes your metabolism to slow down and promotes the storage of extra body fat. If long cardio workouts work so well…why are most cardio-a-holics at your gym still fat?
  • Crunches and sit-ups are completely useless to get ripped abs. You will never lose 20 or 30 pounds of stubborn belly fat by doing abdominal specific exercises and workouts. The only way to burn off belly fat is by doing intense weight training, smarter cardio, and eating a clean diet.
  • Hyped up fat burners, weight loss supplements, miracle potions & cleanses are all complete jokes and will never get you ripped. I know that the hot models in the fat burner ads can lead you to believe that these useless pills will help you burn fat. It wasn’t until I was actually asked to be in a fat loss pill advertisement that I realized how bogus the ads were. I already had six pack abs at that time! Why would I lie to people and say that ‘Supplement X’ was responsible for my success? I refused to back a product that I didn’t believe in! Listen my friend, 97% of supplements simply don’t work. In fact, they can be flat out dangerous. Stop handing over your hard earned money to shady supplement companies who are making billions of dollars preying on your hopes and dreams of a great body.
  • Starving yourself and following a restrictive diet where you can only eat a limited number of calories each day is a dangerous short term solution. Each year, a certain amount of deaths are always attributed to restricted diet plans. My advice is to just never follow them. Besides, why starve yourself when you can enjoy delicious meals every day that will trick your body into becoming a fat burning machine?
  • Using genetics as the reason you’re “fat” is a lame excuse. It’s not your “baby fat” or “big bones” holding you back from getting lean…The truth is that your genetics do play a part in your success, but not as big of a part as you have been led to believe.
